THURSDAY EVENING Hatha Yoga
With Deepa Sapra

An hour to slow down, reconnect and return to yourself.

This is your invitation to change that.

WHAT TO EXPECT

My approach to yoga is simple. We move with intention. We breathe with awareness. And we learn to listen to our bodies rather than constantly pushing them. Each class brings together elements of Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga, combining mindful movement, breathwork and stillness.

Hatha Yoga — Move with Awareness
Through steady, intentional postures, we explore strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. We don't rush from one posture to the next. We take our time, paying attention to how we move, how we breathe and what our bodies are telling us.

Breathwork — The Power of Your Breath

Your breath is one of the most accessible tools you have.

We'll explore simple Pranayama techniques to develop breath awareness, support nervous system regulation and help create a greater sense of calm.

Meditation & Deep Relaxation

Each class offers an opportunity to turn your attention inwards.

To observe rather than react. To be present rather than constantly thinking about what's next. We finish with deep relaxation, allowing time for the body and mind to settle. Some weeks we'll move more.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Deepa Sapra, Yoga Therapist | Specialising in Restorative Yoga & Hatha Yoga

Yoga has been part of my life for many years, and the longer I practise and teach, the more I understand that yoga is about so much more than the physical postures.

It's about how we breathe.

  • How we move.

  • How we respond to life's challenges.

  • And how we learn to listen to ourselves

As a Yoga Therapist specialising in Restorative Yoga and Hatha Yoga, my teaching brings together traditional yogic wisdom, mindful movement, breathwork and deep rest. I believe we spend so much of our lives doing, achieving and pushing through that we often forget how to slow down.

  • My classes create space for both movement and stillness.

  • To build strength without force.

  • To improve mobility without pressure.

  • And to experience rest without guilt.

  • Yoga is a practice, not a performance.

And everyone deserves the opportunity to experience it.

I look forward to sharing this practice with you.

MAKE THURSDAY EVENINGS YOUR TIME

We give so much of ourselves to our work, our families, our responsibilities and everything that needs our attention.

But when was the last time you gave yourself an hour without feeling that you should be doing something else?

  • An hour to move.

  • An hour to breathe.

  • An hour to simply be.

  • Not because there's something wrong with you that needs fixing.

  • But because looking after yourself matters too.
