No previous yoga or breath work experience needed.
This workshop is designed for anyone aged 18+ who wants to
• Yoga mat – no mats will be provided
• Journal and pen
• Water and your own snacks or light lunch
• Comfortable clothing
• Curiosity, presence and an open heart
